About Me

Hi! I am an Associate Professor in the Department of History at Angelo State University, where I teach courses in Asian and US history and co-lead oral history and digitization projects on World War II-era and postwar West Texans.

I work closely with undergraduate students as the faculty advisor of the registered student organization The History Society and as the chair of the faculty advisory committee of the undergraduate student journal of history and geography, The Santa Angela Review.

I received my PhD in History from the University of California, Irvine in 2017.
